Bio

Hi, I'm Toby. I make sounds for video games.

I recently finished my degree in Broadcast Audio and Music Technology with first-class honours at The University of the West of England, Bristol where I focused mainly on sound design, audio post production and of course... video game audio. I've been an avid gamer for as long as I can remember, from RTS to RPG, competitive to casual, video games have always been a driving factor in my life and career. During my mid-teens, I began exploring the world of music technology. It wasn't until my first year of university, I began to specialise into video game audio, switching my focus from music and composition over to sound design and recording.

I love everything about game audio, from recording and designing to implementation. My favourite part of video game audio is the satisfaction felt when seeing my sounds breathe an extra layer of life into what I work on.

Being a keen competitive gamer, self-improvement is a strong focus in my life, and so I'm always trying to find new or better ways to accomplish my goals and steadily improve the quality of my work. My final year of university, and even the last few months, have seen me improve my sound design and game audio abilities substantially, and I don't plan on stopping there.

I'm ready to commit myself and my skills to your projects in order to make them the best they can be. If you think I'll be a good fit for your project please don't hesitate to get in touch.
